The Royal Hospital for Women Foundation Limited (RHWF) respects the privacy of individuals, and takes seriously the trust of individuals in providing it with their personal details. RHWF is bound by the Commonwealth’s Privacy Amendment (Privacy Sector) Act 2000 which came into effect for all private sector organisations in Australia from 21 December 2001.

The Code of Practice of the RHWF in this regard is designed to meet the ten national Privacy Principles outlined in the Act controlling the recording of, use of and rights of access to personal information held by the Royal Hospital for Women Foundation Limited.
